The instant short-term rental check for any address in California.
One search resolves any California address to its city or county and
returns that jurisdiction's short-term rental rules, each answer labeled
with how it was verified and when. In Riverside County, and in a growing
list of cities and counties that publish licensed-rental data, the same
search also runs the parcel itself against public parcel data, the
registry of licensed rentals, permit caps, and spacing rules, then
estimates what the property could earn.
An unofficial, independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by
any city, county, or government agency in California. Results are
advisory only. We verify government rules; we do not check private
restrictions. HOAs, CC&Rs, condo associations, and lease terms can
prohibit short term rentals even where the city allows them.
Search by street address or APN.
